These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the taxi and tour services provided by All Around Taxi & Tours (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on Vieques Island, Puerto Rico. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide taxi transportation, airport and ferry transfers, beach transfers, and private island tours on Vieques. All services are subject to availability and weather or road conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings may be made by phone or text message to 787-435-0886 (ask for Baby).
• Payment is typically due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
• Rates may vary based on distance, time of day, number of passengers, and type of service (taxi vs. private tour).

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge, especially for reserved private tours or early-morning airport transfers.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup location and contact information.
• Be ready at the agreed time and place.
• Follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver.
• Seat belts must be worn where available and required by law.

5. Our Responsibilities and Limitations

We strive to provide safe, reliable, and friendly service. However:

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, ferry schedules, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Luggage and personal belongings remain the responsibility of the passenger.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a ride or tour is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

6. Safety and Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disorderly, poses a safety risk, or violates local laws. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles unless expressly allowed by the driver.

7. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all details (including maps or third-party content) are error-free or up to date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
